Returns & Exchanges Policy

Each Thornbeard Forge relic is crafted individually to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or preference changes.

However, your satisfaction and trust are extremely important to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, production may already be underway and cancellation may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Finish selection preference

  • Normal minor surface variation inherent to the crafting process

These characteristics are part of the unique nature of each piece.
